1/2 Share of Beef

This box includes: 180 lbs. of grass-fed beef.

• 20-24 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio. 
• 4-8 Sirloin Steaks. 
• 4-6 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, Picanha or Arm Roast.
• 5-10 Osso Buco style Shanks.  
• 5-12 lbs. of Fajita Meat, Skirt Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Flank Steak or Sirloin Bavette.
• 4-6 lbs. of Stew Meat.
• 10-12 lbs. of Beef Short Ribs.  
• 1 brisket (7-15 lbs.)
• 80-100 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (85-90% lean).

Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.

Freezer Space: This 1/2 Beef Share will require approx. 7 - 8 cubic ft. of freezer space.
