1/8 Beef Share

This box includes: 45 lbs. of grass-fed beef.

• 5-6 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio
• 2 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, Picanha or Arm Roast.
• 1-2 Osso Buco Style Shanks
• 1-2 lbs. of Fajita Meat and/or Skirt Steak
• 1-2 lbs. of Stew Meat.
  
• 2 Sirloin Steaks.
• 20-30 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (85-90% lean).
  

*Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts. Cuts included may vary slightly.

Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.

Freezer Space: An 1/8 Beef Share will require approximately 1.5 - 2 cubic ft. of space. It will fit in your regular freezer compartment with plenty of extra space. No chest freezer needed.
